Another Fine Art Publisher that FMB dealt with was Louis Wolff and Co. Ltd. of 244, Tottenham Court Road, London, W1. In November 1936 FMB painted a picture called ‘His Favourite Hunter’. This picture was submitted to Louis Wolff on the 11th November 1936, and on the 10th March 1937 FMB sent another picture almost identical to ‘His Favourite Hunter’ but with seven men in the picture instead of three, FMB received a letter saying: “We enclose our cheque for £30.00 for the picture received this morning which includes the copyright of this and does not apply to the other picture which we received from you on 11th November last, entitled ‘His Favourite Hunter’ and of which copyright has not been used in any shape or form. You will notice that the one received today we have entitled ‘Sporting Critics’.
